Front Seoul office is seeking a talented and motivated facade consultant and a facade engineer to support our growing façade design and development team. We are currently working with some of the world's leading architects, developers, and contractors on projects including super-tall commercial developments, extreme high-performance high-rise residential buildings, art galleries and museums, and entertainment and leisure complexes. The role will involve participating in a variety of projects, and providing detailed technical and design support, analysis, and advice.


Skills and Qualifications


• A degree in architecture, engineering, architectural engineering, or related discipline;

• 0~2 years' experience in architecture; or

• 0~2 years' experience as an structural engineer; or

• 5+ years' experience in architecture or façade design and detailing.

• A solid understanding of building performance and science issues.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for detail 2D drawing development and Rhino for 3D modelling is required.

• Good skills in graphical representation and communication.

• Knowledge of Revit, Grasshopper, and LBNL Therm is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• A strong attention to detail.

• Initiative, proactive, and collaborative working methodology.

• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
